Passenger Sales Executive

A. Overall Purpose of Job

To implement sales strategies and monitor sales performance in areas of coverage.


B. Responsibilities

1. Discuss sales plans and strategies with superiors to formulate line of actions and directions to generate sales.
2. Visit agents and potential clients to maintain good rapport in order to promote sales.
3. Monitor agents activities and performance.
4. Provides statistical analysis to superior for future plans.
5. Distributes timetables, market fare sheets, tour brochures and clarifies/explain to agents/clients of its content/application.
6. Process clearance for discounted rates and other incentives for agents/clients subject to the approval of the superiors.
7. To solicit and develop new business potentials.
8. Coordinate with reservations for priority/space confirmation to maximize revenue and seat utilization.
9. Coordinate with departments concerned for special handling for individual/group travel.
10. Investigate on complaints and resolve problems pertaining to sales matters.
11. To gather updated market/competitors activities and pricing and submit to superior as inputs for marketing plans.
12. To update/inform agents and clients of new destinations/flights and schedule changes and other sales related matters.


C. Other Tasks

1. Distribute giveaway items to agents/clients.
2. Attend meetings and functions related to sales and marketing.
3. Attend official functions on behalf of the company.
4. Airport send-off for special/group/incentive traveler.
5. Conduct product update/seminars to agents/clients.
6. Undertake any other related duties assigned by superior from time to time.

Sales Associate

Qualification:

1. Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers, and responding to customer inquiries

Responsibilities:

Leads the execution of IT audits in the various lines of business and functions within the Company with focus on infrastructure related audits. ..e i
Develops IT audit programme applicable to the agreed scope of a particular audit.
Contributes IT audit expertise to the development of audit programme with respect to IT risk matters.
Leads a team of auditors to execute the agreed audit work programme and assists team members to perform audit procedures.
Reviews and analyzes audit evidence and documents identified IT control weaknesses and develops and suggests effective improvements to mitigate business risks.
Applies independent judgement in the evaluation of the effectiveness of IT controls.
Works collaboratively with management in identifying remedial action.
Communicates the results of audits via written reports and presentations to the management.
Adheres to IT audit professional standards and norms and contributes to the development of IT audit skills within Client Internal Audit in practice.
The Scope of audits likely to be performed will include:

IT security audits (attack and penetration testing)
ITIL process audits
Project and IT governance audits
IT BRP and DCP audits
IT general control reviews (e.g. assessment of change management, logical and physical security)

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Others or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) preferred or audit qualifications (e.g. CISA, QiCA) or equivalent.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent
At least 4 years experience of auditing Process Controls Systems (e.g. SCADA, DCS, etc.), Firewall Configuration Management, Telecoms and Network, Interface Security Management.
