Reasearch and Development Officer ( CEBU)
Job Qualifications:
-Male I Female not more than 35 years old
-Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Food & Dietetics
or equivalent
-With at least 2 years experience in the same field
-Strong R & D project management experience
-Proficient in project management concept
-Knowledge in food costing
-Knowledgeable in reformulating existing products to lower cost, to improve existing products or to fit customer specifications
-With strong recommendation skills (rejection or acceptance of new raw materials) Expert in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), SQM3 (Standard Quality Management System) and HACCP
