Pharmacist (Licensed)


· Understands and is responsible for all aspects of daily operations.
· Develops marketing strategies to build the Farmacia ni Dok business.
· Ensures all operations are in full compliance with local health and safety codes or other local government agency codes.
· Implements and monitors a workplace safety program.
· Ensures that the drugstore is clean and orderly.
· Monitors the outlet sales and inventory.
· Ensures that all payables (BIR, utilities, etc.) are paid on time.
· Ensures that franchise documents and permits are always up-to-date.
· Checks the inventory reports of the Pharmacy Assistants.
· Generates/prepares all required reports accurately and on time.
· Monitors quality control in all phases of store operation.

· Practices good customer service and ensures employees are doing the same.
· Communicates regularly with the franchisee and Field Supervisor.
· Monitors the training of employees.
· Evaluates and disciplines employees.
· Ensures that employees are in complete uniform before working in the outlet.
· Ensures that stocks are adequate at all times
· Ensures that employees adhere to company policies.
· Determines what inventory needs to be ordered and prepares Purchase Order for approval of the franchise owner to be submitted to the franchisor.
· Reviews prescriptions issued by doctors to ensure correctness and accuracy in dispensing pharmaceutical products.
· Is responsible for recording in prescription books.
· Monitors if the store supplies requested have been served.
· Orients and trains Pharmacy Assistants.
· Assists during peak hours in the dispensing of drugs and other items and acts as the cashier in the absence of the cashier.
· Checks and strictly regulates the release and dispensing of stocks according to its usage and quantity required.
· Monitors and balances stock inventory and transactions periodically.
· Prepares and generates records and corresponding reports.
· Maintains and updates stock records of all drug inventory, branch equipment, and materials.
· Checks expiration dates, quality and correctness of items received.
· Checks and submits the Expiration Report monthly.
· Prepares items to be pulled out in advance.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional - License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
- Male/Female
- Computer literate
- At least 5’2 in height for female and 5’6 in height for male
- With one year experience in a drugstore
- Highly organized
- Customer-oriented
- With pleasing personality
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays
