Job Description:
Optimum Source, Inc. is a business process outsourcing company located at Oakridge Business Park, Mandaue City. We are currently looking for a HR/Recruitment Assistant to help is out in our BPO and Direct Placement job openings.

The HR/Recruitment Assistant will be in charge in the

  • recruitment
  • qualifying
  • resume prepping
  • background investigation
  • testing and other HR-related functions such as Philhealth, Pagibig and TIN membership.

Job Qualifications:
* Graduate of any 4 year related course
* Must have at least 1 year experience in recruitment
* Fresh graduates will also be considered especially those who had their training in the HR department.
* Internet savvy
