Social Media Marketing Assistant

The Social Media Marketing Assistant produces project deliverable by planning and implementing activities, and developing content, in accordance with the companys goals and standards
Responsibilities
  • Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities. Duties include researching, posting and syndicating content, blog commenting, link building, and generating reports. 
  • Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar community sites.
  • Monitoring conversations and actionable insights across the clients social media platforms. 
  • Generate leads and drive conversions using various tools. 
  • Regularly reporting progress on the short and long-terms goals. 
Requirements
  • Excellent vocabulary, grammar and language skills in English
  • Currently active in social media, including content publishing, social networking, social bookmarking and targeted fan / follower acquisition
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Digg, Youtube, Twitter, Flickr etc.)
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines to produce high volumes of content on a daily basis
  • A team player that can also work independently
  • Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
  • Have a good knowledge of principles of SEO
  • Excellent Internet and computer skills
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, English or a related field
