Costing Group Manager
• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification in business. Professional license is a plus
• At least five years experience of project management systems together with a working knowledge in hotel construction and projects.
• Well developed analytical skills and above average oral/written communication skills
• Computer literate, proficient in computer-aided/assisted design (CAD) software and in interpreting AutoCAD drawings.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in costing and estimating fit outs and installation of interior designs
