• At least with 1 year experience working in process improvement or business analysis.
• Proficient in MS Office (Visio, Powerpoint, Word, Excel).
• Experience in systems analysis, documentation, layouting, design & audit.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills and business understanding.
• Strong problem solving skills, experience with root cause analysis and developing solutions to problems where no precedence or guidelines exist.
