RESPONSIBILITIES:


* Manage the overall operations of the branch to ensure meeting of sales targets; ensure that customer needs are addressed according to company policies and that branch policies and system are strictly implemented
* Account Receivable Management
* Dealer Recruitment and Selection
* Dealer's Training and Development
* Cash and Asset Management
* Inventory Management
* Customer Service
* Talent Management and Development

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Candidate must be graduate of 4-year business related course
* Male or female, at least 25 years old
* Preferably from a service industry such as food, insurance, retail, hospitality, academe etc.
* Required skill(s): business development and planning, business analysis, has the ability to build stronger relationships with clients and dealers, with very good communication and interpersonal relationships, very solicitous, friendly.
* Must have excellent communication skills.
* Must have at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
