Establish a climate of human relationship, shapes attitudes that motivate salemen, interprets and implements company policy and work action, improves performance of subordinates, plans and maintains time and work schedule, does sales calls and coordinate with clients.

Plans, directs, organizes and controls the overall operations of the plant in coordination with the various support units. Ensures efficient and effective delivery of logistics and administrative services to internal/external customers.

At least 3 years experience in the same capacity
Experience in food manufacturing industry is an advantage
Good oral and written communication skills
Computer literate
Analytical
Must be able to work effectively under pressure
Located/willing to work in CEBU
