Job Summary
The responsibility of the Global Sales Analyst is to assist the ISD organization in making strategic data-related decisions by analyzing, manipulating, tracking, internally managing and reporting sales data within the company. The candidate should be able to create, maintain and enhance databases and spreadsheets and independently perform a variety of complex analyses; investigate data structures and build reports to help maintain data integrity.
Key deliverables are focused but not limited to the following:
• WW sales results dashboard management utilizing SAP reporting
• Sell Out retailer reporting and analytics
• Cross functional position as WW SPR coordinator
• Track and maintain Sales Accuracy analytics
Position Responsibilities
• Build weekly, monthly sales reports utilizing SAP BI utilities
• Database administration in support of sales reporting requirements
• Track and report out sales forecasts accuracy measurements
• Assist with Sales Funnel reporting
• WW SPR coordinator to help drive SPR key metrics, and adminster and maintain Focal Point SPR tracking system
• Support ad hoc requests from WW, Geographies and Corporate as needed
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university; preferably in Business
• Minimum 3 years experience working in a business environment
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including ability to create formulas, pivot tables, VB scripts and automation in Excel
• Strong skills in Microsoft Access, including ability to create, maintain and modify with regular market data feeds
• Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, including ability to import charts and graphs
• Ability to effectively communicate in standard business English
• Needs to work night shift to support US business hours
Essential Skills and Experience
• Strong background utilizing Office Systems-- Spreadsheet (expert), Access, Word Processing and Presentations tools, database knowledge and manipulation skills required
• Strong ability to present complex information in an easy to understand and analyze format
• Ability to solve complex problems using analytical skills on large amounts of data
• Strong program/project management and organizational skills; ability to manage time effectively to meet business timelines with report requests
• Solid understanding of data and process modeling
