General Description of Tasks and Duties:
• Supports the delivery of daily business operations and the Finance and Accounting Operations teams, particularly for language dependent processes performed for the subsidiary client based in Vietnam.
• Performs occasional client interaction verbally or through correspondence.
• Conducts occasional language training with his/her team members to increase language proficiency and contribute in process stabilization, continuous improvement and increased customer satisfaction.
