Qualifications • College Graduate - Degree in business administration or any related course • Minimum of 5 years in Sales in a multinational FMCG company (minimum 2 years sales in Key Accounts) • Must possess a driver’s license • Must be a resident of Cebu and can speak the local dialect • Must have a strong drive to achieve results Responsibilities• To provide direction to the distributor modern trade (key accounts and secondary accounts) sales team. • Responsible for the delivery of sales targets on a year to year basis. • Accountable for the development of distributor sales team capability in the segments / area. • Accountable for the development and effective execution of sales, distributor, & trade programs. • Ensure distributor deliverables on financial and logistics matters based on agreed timelines. • In charge of building productive day to day relations with distributors. | |
