Responsibilities: The social worker will be generally working regular office hours; however, You will also have on-call duties on a rotating basis. This is a flexible position as your time will be split between the office and other “out of office duties” such as meeting clients and their accommodations, school and university meetings, health center visits, and other duties as assigned. This is a great opportunity for a dynamic individual who would like to grow and work with a team of excellent individuals encompassed in the social work field. Requirements:• P 15,000 to P 20,000 based on experience and education • Bachelors Degree in Social Work • (PRC) Licensed • 1 - 2 years experience preferred but will consider all applicants PRC licensed • The ability to perform client follow-ups and monitoring which includes updating case profiles, regular interviews with clients, providing help and counseling while facilitating all documents and reports associated with the job requirements • The ability to work well with people of all ages and backgrounds with tact, patience and empathy while exhibiting a non-judgmental attitude which includes being sensitive to each and every person as a person of dignity. • Strong PC skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Has a practical and flexible approach to work • The ability to work in a team and also has initiative to work independently • Can asses situations and take appropriate action to complete the job requirements • Has resilience to cope with difficult situations and possibly challenging clients • Possesses excellent organizational skills with good time management and administrative skills | |
