Webxpress is a state-of-the-art, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm, specializing in the design and development of websites for international clients.

It is currently looking for Web Development Project Managers and a Web Developer. The work of the Project Manager will be mainly to oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects of high quality, within budget and according to agreed schedule and user requirements. As for the Web Developer, the primary task will be mainly related to the implementation of websites/web-based systems based on specifications provided by Webxpress clients with the use of content management systems. Web Development Project Manager (3)

Qualifications:
• Must have knowledge on at least one server-side scripting language: PHP, ASP, PERL, Ruby, JSP
• Knowledge on any content management system (Drupal, Wordpress, or Joomla) is an advantage but not a requirement
• Knowledge on server configurations (SMTP, Web Servers, and Database Servers) for website deployment is an advantage but not a requirement
• Graduate of any IT-related course with at least 1 year experience on the software development industry or any of the technologies mentioned above
• Excellent communication skills including ability to influence and communicate to all levels of stakeholder
• Prior experience in People Management will be an advantage but not a requirement
• Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized

Web Developer

Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge of client-side programming: HTML, CSS, Javascript
• Knowledge on any server-side scripting language is an advantage: PHP, ASP, PERL, Ruby, JSP
• Knowledge on Sales Force (CRM) is an advantage
• Knowledge on any content management system (Drupal, Wordpress, or Joomla) is an advantage
• Graduate of any IT related courses with work experience related to the technologies mentioned above
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Able to work efficiently to meet deadlines and to render additional hours as needed
• Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized
• Knows how to deal with clients
• Willing to work on night shift/shifting schedules
