Qualifications:

* MUST have at least six months experience
working in a call center
* Excellent English communication skills
* Computer literate
* Typing speed : at least 30 wpm
* Good interpersonal skills; and with pleasant disposition
* Dedicated and focused, with ‘long term’ in mind
* Self Motivator, Target Orientated
* Able to multi-task
