- Must have at least 2 years experience in .net frameworks (ADO.net, ASP.net, C#.net, etc.)

- Must have knowledge in OOP

- Familiar with full SDLC

- Knowledge in Unit and Component Testing

- Good in SQL

- Familiar with Component driven development
