Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting simple to complex conflict between ads and the site
Troubleshooting simple to complex Flash assets and creative execution
Working in shift in coordination with other team members
Supporting Search campaigns
Coordinating with the in-market Client Service teams
Providing timely and helpful responses to users queries
Take an active role in building and maintaining the support knowledge base and manuals
Feed the product and training teams with feedback regarding product usability and training needs which can be identified from the nature of the support cases the shift is handling

| Job Qualifications | Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in front-end web or Flash development At least 1 year of experience in Support roles College graduate of any related course Experience in the development of online training materials or interactive media or computer-based training (CBT) Working knowledge of editing tools for video, audio and image (Adobe Flash and Photopaint or their equivalent). Knowledge of Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) network and Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) standards to on-line training. Service orientation Knowledge of Internet technologies: HTML, CSS Browsers High level Java Script, Flash (AS2, AS3), Flex – an advantage, HTML5 – an advantage Familiarity with the ad serving world – an advantage Mobile advertising experience – an advantage With average to above average oral and written communication skills. Good people skills and teamwork abilities Must be able to present a sample of work |
