Job Description | Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities: 1) Implements store sales strategies to achieve given sales target per brand per store. 2) Analyzes and solves problems and concerns affecting sales. 3) Coordinates with brand coordinators regarding merchandise requests and reports stock movement and customer feedback. 4) Do actual selling and customer service. 5) Attends scheduled office day for updates, reporting and coordination. 6) Conducts daily pep talks with sales staff to remind them of daily sales target and motivate them to perform at their best. 7) Implements excellent customer service, attends and resolves customer complaints and performs customer relations. 8) Oversees implementation of standard store operations such as: a. POS synchronizing, updating and posting, updating of logbook, columnar and DSP reports, etc. b. Cash management-petty cash, cash sales, charge sales, bank deposits etc. c. Inventory management-delivery checking and pull-out releasing, stock position etc. 9) Manpower management- a. Evaluates performance of store sales personnel. b. Schedule shifts, day-off of sales personnel during sale events, holiday, etc. c. Trains and motivates sales personnel to achieve individual sales target. d. Maintains discipline and recommends disciplinary action if needed. 10) Prepares weekly/monthly report as required by immediate head and concession Head coordinator. 11) Performs other tasks and related functions that may be assigned by immediate head. |
Job Qualifications | 1. Education a. College level or degree : Business Course, or any related course 2. Work Experience: a. Fresh graduate (Trainee), at least 1 year of work experience in retail operations. b. Store in Charge, at least 4 years actual retail selling of the same category of the store he is assigned to. c. Excellent people handling skills d. Well versed in MS Office application 3. Competencies: a. Knowledgeable of the job and can give quality output. b. Has good interpersonal skills and customer service skills. c. Analytical, has good problem solving skills, good conflict/feedback management. d. Proven administrative and time management skills. 4. Trainings Needed: a. Complete orientation on the operations of the store. b. Exposure and hands on training in the store setting. |
