Its incorporators and Executive Officers are licensed Professional Engineers with extensive experience in the telecommunications, electronics and electrical fields.

TCTI is engaged in providing its clientele total expertise from system design, equipment sourcing and supply, installation, testing, commissioning and after-sales services.

TCTI maintains a fully equipped Service Center manned by trained and experienced Service Engineers and Technicians to handle the after-sales service and repair works required by its customers. TCTI's service personnel are likewise capable of performing field service or on-line repair of a client`s system if and when required. TCTI operates its own land-mobile radio network for fast and efficient coordination between the Service Center and the field Service Engineers to respond immediately to customer service requests.
