Key Accountabilities- Attend to customer calls with a friendly and positive voice and provide outstanding service to customers throughout the duration of the call.
- Listens, probes and analyses to determine underlying needs of customer concerns. - Patiently hears out the customers and rectify customer concerns. Projects promptness and politeness while attending to customers.



Minimum Qualifications:- Minimum 18 years of age
- Graduate of 4 year or 5 year course, with or without BPO experience
- High School graduates or College undergraduates, with 2 years Customer Service experience
- Willing to work in Cebu
- Willing to be assigned in shifting schedules
- Can start immediately
