Flash Developer (Cebu Based)

Key responsibilities:• Platform API integration (Application Programming Interface) from client FLAs
• Creative Production from PSDs (Photoshop documents )and other files
• Resizes of ad units
• Revisions of ad units
• Compile KPI report for Team Lead
• Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:• BA/BIT Degree preferred.
• Advanced level knowledge of Flash and ActionScript (AS2 and AS3) required; prefer 2-4 years production and troubleshooting experience; other programming languages/knowledge a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML5 or JavaScript preferred.
• Intermediate level knowledge of video encoding for the web.
• Advanced level debugging/troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills required, both written & verbal.
• Proficient at juggling multiple projects; being detail oriented and well organized.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines with demonstrated initiative.
• Must be able to work well under pressure while maintaining good attitude.
• Capable of troubleshooting issues within a tight timeline.
• Proficiency with both Windows & Mac preferred.
• Weekend work occasionally as required by business
