*REQUIREMENTS:*• Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering or any other related courses
• Should have at least 4-5 years working experience in HR
• Excellent knowledge and exposure in all MS Office applications most especially in MS Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent oral presentation and facilitation skills
• Proactive and keen to details
• Flexible with different shifts
• Should be a resident in Cebu/Cebu City


*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
• Providing and recommending general HR activities as guided by the HR policies and processes and ensuring a talented, motivated and productive workforce in the regional offices
• Providing general support and consulting in all HR related areas
• Providing support in the areas of generation, reporting and analysis of HR data and information
• Ensuring full compliance on existing HR policies and procedures
• Liaises and meets with management team for other HR needs, ensuring timely and appropriate actions.
